I seriously need to get off the computer, I damn glued to it and no matter how hard I try to do other activity that does not concern a computer, I just find myself mindlessly going back it. It's as though everything I do will lead me back to the computer in one way or another, something like a time spiral. It's Evil!
Ever since I've gotten a computer at home (which I obviously don't remember how many donkey years ago it was), the first thing I reach home is to switch on the computer and the last thing I do, before going off to bed, is to, well, switch it off. And 90% of the time in between will be spent on it. It's really hard not to use it when nothing on earth can substitute it, come on, you can basically do anything and everything with it.
But the constant staring on the screen is starting to make my eyes feel heavier and I guess part of the reason for my constant headaches should be because of this too. I won't be surprise to hear from my optician that my eyesight has worsen by two to three times.
Haiz. It's really hard to be a geek these days...
Or maybe it's time to give jogging another shot. It's time to do something else that does not directly require using my eyes. I hope my leg has recovered though, it has been quite a bitch lately.

I share this feeling totally with you. I know I need to get use the computer less, but I am always "in need" of it. My eyesight, my back and my shoulders.
