Since it's now the month of December, how can I not blog about the last 8sista celebration of the year? Our beloved Miss Iphilla Kwek's birthday! The last among the eight to finally reach the BIG 2. Haha.
We met up on Sunday, and this year we brought her to a place on top Mt. Emily Hill, called Wild Rocket @ Hangout Hotel. I've been wanting to dine at this place for years but since it's a little inaccessible, it never rise to the top of the list. Anyway this celebration was rather unique too. For the first time in 8sista history, we had Lunch! We never did a celebration during lunch and thank goodness the place we ate was air-conditioned. LOL.

Look at how happy she was with her new fragrance. Thanks to the very resourceful "intelligence department", we managed to pull some strings to find out her wish-list. Sorry to make you lie Amanda, but we all know it's worth it. Haha.
And what's a celebration without a surprise? Before lunch, we all worked under the grueling sun and pieced out a big Happy Birthday out of small pieces of paper. Oh! The Jester hat was last minute, we just happen to see it in Carrefour and thought won't it be great to have something we can laugh at her for the years to come.
Did you know the plan was actually to make her believe we were going to Malaysia for the celebration? Haha. We actually made her bring along her passport without telling her where we were headed that day. Well, she did not really fall for it, but that was because we didn't have enough time to excute the initial and much much better plan. LOL.
