I just realize I've got a new habit, and IT SUCKS! Let me emphasis it again...
These days, no matter what time I go to bed the night before, and if I've got no work the next day, I'll be waking up at 7-8am in the morning. 7-8am! I use to be able to sleep soundly till the early afternoon. You know, like a pig?
Not only do I wake up really really early now, I also can't seem to have a full night sleep. I'll be waking up every few hours after every meaningless dream. On top of that, I'll be so damn awake that I won't be able to get back in to my dreams again. Like last weekend, when I slept at 6am, I was bright awake by 8am, and since it was so early, I rolled on my bed for the next 3 hours hoping to get more sleep but I've already missed the Sandman.
I seriously miss my piggy days!

oh dear. u should sleep early and try to go back to ur old sleeping time! if u can't sleep just close ur eyes and try to relax.
